• When you start enrollment: your name, email address, and state.
• After you pay: the member details needed to set up your care, which are your name, home address, phone number, email address, gender, and date of birth.
• When you pay: your payment is taken on a page hosted by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us whether the payment went through and gives us limited details about it, such as the card type and its last four digits.
• If you apply to the Creator Program: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, social media handle, and what you tell us about your content.
• When you contact us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• When you browse this website: basic technical information that is recorded automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.

We do not ask for medical history, symptoms, or conditions anywhere on this website.

• To process your membership and your payments.
• To set up your care access with Recuro Health.
• To send you emails about your membership, such as receipts, welcome instructions, and billing notices.
• To answer your questions.
• To review Creator Program applications.
• To keep this website working and secure, and to understand overall traffic.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only with the companies that help us run the membership, and only what each one needs:

• Recuro Health, to activate and deliver your clinical services. We send them your member details.
• Stripe, to take payments and manage billing.
• Google, whose business tools we use to keep member records and to send and receive email.
• GoDaddy, which hosts this website.
• Upfluence, which receives Creator Program applications.

Each of these companies handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Health information you share during consultations is handled by Recuro Health and its affiliated clinical providers under their privacy practices and applicable health privacy laws, not by Peptelle Health.

This website measures overall traffic, and our website host may use cookies or similar technology to do that. We do not collect medical details, symptoms, or conditions through website analytics or advertising tools.

When you start enrollment, your browser keeps your order details for the tab you are using, so the member details form can be filled in for you. They are removed when you close the tab.

We keep membership and billing records for as long as you are a member, and afterward for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, legal, and dispute purposes.

To see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email support@peptellehealth.com. We will confirm it is you before we act. Some records have to be kept where the law requires it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. Use the same address to exercise them.

This website and membership enrollment are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. Family members, including children, are added after enrollment and not through the forms on this website.

We limit who can see member information, and this website sends information over an encrypted connection. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will email members before it takes effect.
